About me

I'm a developer who enjoys building simple software and exploring ideas through code.

I've worked on products ranging from developer tools to consumer-facing applications. Most of what I learn along the way ends up on this site, one way or another.

I care about software that gets out of the way. Fast pages, clear words, and interfaces that do not need a tutorial.

Outside of work I cook more than I should, take long walks with no destination, and keep a running list of tiny tools that should exist. A few of them eventually show up in Works.

How I like to work

  • Start with the smallest thing that could possibly be useful
  • Write it down before building it
  • Ship, watch, then decide what to keep
